The use of Visa Classic credit is limited to the amount available in the account associated with the card
Payment for VISA Credit Cards will be made on the 30th of each month. If the 30th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the charge will be made on the following business day
The non-payment of the installment due, within 30 (thirty) days after using the Visa credit card, is considered a breach of contract. Should the period of 30 (thirty) days elapse and the payment due by the Customer has not been made, the Bank reserves the right to debit the amount due from any of the accounts domiciled at the Bank, held by the Customer, irrespective of nature thereof, and simultaneously cancel the card, considering this contract to be terminated

Tax

Fees and consideration for financial services are subject to a 14% VAT rate. Credit cards are exempt from Stamp Duty provided that the repayment of the credit is made without interest being paid, under contractually defined terms

However, whenever the use of credit cards generates interest for the Bank, the use of credit is subject to a 0,1% Stamp Duty on the monthly average obtained by adding the daily balance due, during the month, divided by 30. The interest charged is subject to a 0,2% Stamp Duty
