Relevant professional experience

At ATLANTICO, before joining the Board of Directors, he held other management and corporate positions, namely Director of the Support Office to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of the Corporate Governance Office, Legal Secretary and Chairman of the General Meeting.

In the context of the 2016 merger, he was involved in the coordination of the team responsible for the completion of the legal procedures of said transaction.

He has extensive professional experience, divided between the oil industry and the financial sector, having in these fields advised in the negotiation of oil production sharing contracts, negotiation of transactions for the purchase and sale of shareholdings, due diligence, structuring of private investment transactions, investment banking and other transactions.

Cumulatively, he holds the position of Chairman of the General Assembly of FORTALEZA SEGUROS - Companhia de Seguros, S.A.
