The governance of Banco Millennium Atlântico is based on the provisions of current legislation and international recommendations and best practices. To this extent, the organizational structure adopted is intended to ensure management transparency; achieve strategic objectives; generate shareholder value.

The Board of Directors has the mission of ensuring that the Bank acts in accordance with its objectives and those of the stakeholders, establishing appropriate policies to better manage the risk of banking activity.

In this context, the Board of Directors is responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance of the Executive Commission, the body responsible for the day-to-day management and whose members are delegated by the Board of Directors.
