ATLANTICO LAUNCHES THE FIRST ATLANTICO CARD MACHINE IN THE ANGOLAN MARKET

Luanda, October 23, 2023 - Banco Millennium Atlântico, the leading bank in Angola, announces the launch of the first ATLANTICO Card Machine on the Angolan market. With this machine, customers will be able to obtain their personalized cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without needing to be seen in person at the Bank's branches.

Always thinking about the best experience, satisfaction and autonomy for its Customers, ATLANTICO is taking another important and truly innovative step in the digitalization and autonomization of banking, reducing waiting times and investing in technology to give its Customers autonomy.

The self-service solution announced today allows ATLANTICO customers to have their multi-box cards delivered in a practical, agile, secure and highly available way.

The many advantages of this service include:

  • Giving the customer autonomy in the process of obtaining a multicaixa debit card;
  • Speed and efficiency in obtaining a personalized multicaixa card;
  • Reduced queues at branches;
  • Availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Initially, this machine will be available in Luanda, at the ATLANTICO branch in Cidade Financeira (Talatona). By the end of 2023, 1 more machine is expected to be implemented in the Viana area and expansion to other areas of Luanda province and to other provinces during 2024.

With the launch of the ATLANTICO Card Machine, the Bank is reinforcing its commitment to the customer, as the main beneficiary of all its actions, by creating solutions that make their day-to-day life easier and improve their experience when using the banking services it makes available to them.
