
IN VISIT TO ATLANTICO CABINDA LAUNCHES 100 % DIGITAL ACCOUNT OPENING
Banco Millennium Atlântico (ATLANTICO) held a series of meetings with businessmen and managers of companies in the provinces of Malange and Cabinda. The initiative, which took place on February 20 and 21, was led by Daniel Santos, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ATLANTICO, and also included meetings with local authorities and economic agents with the aim of identifying new projects that enhance the development of the region.

The Bank's delegation was received by the Governor of Cabinda Province Eugénio César Laborinho who mentioned in his communication that "the province is growing fast and that only with the support of the Banks it will be possible to give dimension to the several projects that exist for the province such as the culture of citrus fruits, cocoa, coffee, wood exploration and many other areas of intervention may give an enormous impulse for the development of the region.
Eugénio César Laborinho thanked and praised the fact that the Executive Committee of ATLANTICO went to Cabinda to visit small entrepreneurs, shipyards, offices, agricultural areas and other business projects to understand the concerns of customers, the actions they intend to develop, show the availability of the Bank for partnership with customers and potential customers, to find together the best equations to leverage the productive sector.
Eugénio Laborinho reinforced that "Cabinda's doors are open to Banco Millennium Atlantico and we are counting on you to support the business sector in the materialization of their projects."
It was also during this two-day journey in Malanje and Cabinda that ATLANTICO launched to the market the opening of a 100% digital bank account via cell phone or tablet, without the need to go to the branch.
Augusto Baptista, Executive Director of the Bank, said on the occasion that " As of today, it is possible to open an account with ATLANTICO completely remotely and without the need to go to a branch or service point. This service is available in this first phase only for national Customers. For this purpose, it is only necessary to download the APP ATLANTICO, available at the App Store or Google Play, have your Identity Card and Taxpayer Card at hand, go through the various steps of the process: enter your personal data, take a personal photo at the time, accept the terms and conditions, and validate the mobile number."

The announcement of this new service was made in Cabinda, a city where the Executive Committee of ATLANTICO held meetings with businessmen and local authorities in recent days, in order to strengthen the relationship with the national business community and make known, in one-to-one contacts, the possibilities of financing the Bank to boost national economic activity.
