Features

Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are contract terms applied to the buying and selling of goods. These terms allow you to negotiate the conditions of shipment of your goods and the security associated with moving them. Whenever you negotiate the Import or Export of your goods keep in mind the meaning of the different acronyms and request that they are part of your contract or invoice, since they should be mirrored in the SWIFT message issued by the Bank

How it works

These are three-letter acronyms that have extremely important meanings. Acceptance of the Incoterm in the negotiation implies acceptance of the responsibility to pay the costs associated with the transport, as well as, the means of transport of the goods. It is important that the parties decide which version of the Incoterms they wish to use in the negotiation.
